Back from San Francisco and GitHub Universe 2026, a trip that started as a workaround when the Grace Hopper Celebration was cancelled. I came home with pages of notes on planning with agents and on verification as the new craft, and wrote them up in GitHub Universe 2026: Lessons That Will Change How Your Team Works With AI.
At work, I'm on Slack's Intelligence team building the user experience for agentic AI: agent profiles, admin controls for agents, and the MCP integrations that connect Slack to the systems teams already run on.
On this site, I'm bringing my Medium writing home and rebuilding the site around it: one Writing index and a Toolkit of the components I write with.
In the Lab, I'm working on rec: record an LLM stream once, replay it from a URL with its original timing.
